The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. We were greeted at the door and shown to the bar where we enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea. The décor of the bar was stunning, with a mix of modern and old-world charm. The gardens surrounding the hotel were well-maintained and added to the overall ambiance of the place. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.
We didn't get to explore the gardens due to the rain. the windows could have been cleaner, which took away from the overall view.

Stayed here for a business trip and I was impressed with the personal touches. Staff were really friendly and helpful - always going above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and luxurious, with excellent facilities. Convenient location, close to major attractions and easily accessible via taxi. The best part was the delicious breakfast every morning - a great way to start the day.
The lack of slippers in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, had excellent breakfast and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and gave a feeling of staying in an old Manor house. The location just outside the city provided easy access to other restaurants providing fine dining.
Nothing bad to say.
